Tr3yway aka Shotti is an American music executive and CEO of Tr3yway Entertainment. He’s best known for working with rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine. Tr3yway Entertainment is home to Fetty Wap, Skinnyfromthe9, and Alshawn Martin among others. Shotti is also known for his many run-ins with the law. In November 2018, the music exec turned himself over to the NYPD on gang assault and weapon possession charges. He was sentenced to 15 years after pleading guilty to multiple charges. Shotti was born Kifano L Jordan on April 14, 1982, In Trinidad. He immigrated to the United States between ages 2 and 3. He settled in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Jordan was raised by a single mother. He attended Hunter College High School where he excelled academically.

Tr3yway Entertainment is based in Brooklyn, New York. A handful of different spelling has been passed around, including “Tr3way”, “Treway” and “Treyway” and “Trey way.” Shotti describes ‘Tr3yway’ as a new culture and a way of life. The label is very diverse, boasting a roster filled with rappers, rock artists, producers, etc. Prior to their falling out, the label’s most prominent artist was 6ix9ine. The rapper is known for viral hits like “Gummo”, “Billy” and “Fefe” with Nicki Minaj and Murda Beatz. Tekashi and Shotti both grew up in Brooklyn, New York. They were introduced by a mutual friend. The two were also known for their ongoing beef with rappers YG and Slim 400. In November 2018, 6ix9ine was blocked by Slim 400 and his crew from entering ComplexCon in Long Beach, California.

Planning ahead, Shotti’s goal was to transform Tr3yway into the new Death Row. He’s gotten career advice from friend and music veteran 50 Cent. In September 2018, New Jersey rapper Fetty Wap reportedly signed with Tr3yway Entertainment label. He was photographed rocking a Tr3way chain alongside labelmate Alshawn Martin. Prior to the move, Fetty Wap was signed to 300 Entertainment. On the bright side, Fetty and Tekashi have already worked together on tracks like “KEKE”, racking up millions of views on YouTube. That particular track also featured A Boogie wit da Hoodie. The Tr3way label has a number of other artists, including Skinnyfromthe9 and Alexis Sky.

PERSONAL
Shotti’s height is around 6ft and he’s of Trinidadian descent. The moniker “shotti” is sometimes spelled as “Shotty” or “shottie.” While his net worth remains unknown, it is expected to be in the millions. The music exec also sells a variety of Tr3yway merchandise ranging from hoodies to sweatpants. Shotti just recently began exploring social media. He disclosed on Instagram live that he’s a father. No information is known about his current relationship status.

Shotti has built quite the rap sheet for himself over the years. He was arrested in December 2015 in Essex County, New Jersey, on robbery and firearm charges. He was booked again in Essex County in May 2018 (as a person of interest in the Casanova shooting). In November 2018, Shotti turned himself in to police custody over a New York City shooting that took place in late October. He was charged with gang assault and weapon possession (allegedly hitting a man over the head with a chair). Shotti was arrested on federal racketeering and firearms charges on November 18, 2018. He pleaded guilty to multiple charges on March 28, 2019, and on September 6, 2019, he was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
