ORIGIN
SNSG is an American rapper from Royal Oaks, California. He acquired fame after his gaming content blew up on Instagram. He is an artist who’s found success through the combination of music and gaming. SNSG was born on July 9th, 1995, in Porterville, California. He grew up with both of his parents who supported him every step of the way; however, they never quite understood what his intentions were. SNSG has two younger brothers and one sister.

In an interview, SNSG explained that he noticed the importance of incorporating an artist’s music into his gaming videos. He immediately understood that talent could only take one so far, but it was who you know, that can be the game-changer.

SNSG attended North Monterey County high school in Castroville, California. A popular student, he was an athlete who played football for his school’s varsity team.

CAREER
SNSG started rapping after witnessing his created content received praise and appreciation from artists he follows. One artist that took note of his work was A-Wax, who liked his video and followed him. The two rappers later connected and collaborated on a song titled “All On The Line,” yet to be released.

SNSG grew up playing video games; a leisure activity he was very passionate about. Later on down the road, he decided to become a rapper after meeting several of the artists he tuned in to and drew inspiration from. Growing up, SNSG listened to the rap group “Dough Boyz Cash Out. He currently has a project on the way featuring a few of the group’s artists.

SNSG got his rap name through gaming. He started the gaming clan SNSG and got all of his family to join in. He explained that having a clan is the best way to profess one’s competitive nature, especially in games such as Call of Duty. Staying true to his roots, he later started the company SNSG Company, LLC, with the intent of creating a clothing brand. As his rapping career took off, he figured it was only right to brandish the stage name “SNSG.”

SNSG’s career officially started in early 2019. A new rapper on the scene, he only had a few tracks available. After creating his first song “Sleepless” featuring GMEBE Bandz, SNSG knew music was something he wanted to do. As with any newcomer, he had doubts, and people around him frowned upon the idea of him being a rapper. It wasn’t until he secured a feature from Swainoh that he realized rapping could actually work. His latest single “Went Up” feat. (Swainoh & B Ryan) has gotten the most attention thus far. Big C, (GMEBE Bandz’s) manager, helped SNSG get his career started. He provided the artist with a list of necessary tools and explained how the industry works. To some extent, Big C was a mentor who pointed SNSG to the path of success.

PERSONAL
SNSG’s height is 6ft. His net worth is estimated at $400 Thousand. Though he is Catholic, he admits to not being the most religious. Before music, he worked at Safeway, a (local grocery store), while attending a community college. When college didn’t work out, he quit Safeway and started a construction company with his father. From that point on, he vowed to never work for minimum wage again and to be his own boss. In the future, SNSG wants to collaborate with Tee Grizzley and Sada Baby.
