Sleepy Hallow is an upcoming rapper from Brooklyn, New York. He’s known for bangers like “Flows”, “2 Fake”, “I Get Luv” and “Panic.” Fans welcomed his debut project, Don’t Sleep, on Halloween Day 2019. Sleepy is a childhood friend and frequent collaborator of fellow Brooklyn drill rapper Sheff G. He’s also collaborated with acts like ABG Neal, JayRich, DoubleG , Krimelife Ca$$, and Aries Bloom.

Sleepy is originally from the island of Jamaica. He was born Tegan Chambers on December 20, 1999. The family moved to the United States while he was still in grade school. They settled in Brooklyn, New York. Tegan’s eyes earned him the “Sleepy” moniker. The second half of his stage name “Hallow” is spelled with an “A” to add a little Halloween flavor. Growing up, Sleepy was drawn to music as early as 12. He drew early inspiration from the works of Kendrick Lamar, Biggie, Drake and J. Cole among others. However, he didn’t start recording until his late teens. Sleepy always stress the importance of his fans and how their comments and feedback have help shape the direction of his music.

In 2017, Sleepy appeared on Sheff G’s track “Panic.” The duo followed up with 3 future installments, featuring Double G, Fresh G, and Eli Fross respectively. In January 2018, Sheff G dropped another heat seeker “Automatic” alongside Sleepy. The supporting music video has 210K+ views and hundreds of positive feedback. In September 2018, Sleepy dropped his solo single “Better Than Us” via T2MB ent.

Sleepy Hallow and Sheff G kicked off 2019 with their joint single “Flows.” The Yondo-produced track was subsequently featured on Sheff G’s album The Unluccy Luccy Kid (2019). For 2019, Sleepy released singles “2 Fake” and “I Get Luv.” The supporting visual for “I Get Luv” was released in October 2019. It was directed by GoddyGoddy.

Sleepy’s debut album, Don’t Sleep, was released on October 31, 2019, by Winners Circle Entertainment / EMPIRE. The 14-track album was produced exclusively by Great John and it featured appearances from Sheff G and ABG Neal. The tracklist includes “Bestie”, “Breakin Bad (Okay)”, “Dis Summah” and the aforementioned “I Get Luv” and “2 Fake.”
