Rauw Alejandro is a multi-talented performer and singer from San Juan, Puerto Rico. In music, he is associated with R&B, Hip Hop, and Trap. He is also an excellent composer and a gifted dancer. Rauw Alejandro started his music career in 2014, but rose to prominence in 2018. Some of his hottest singles and features include “Que Le De,” “Toda” (Remix), “Pa Tu Casda,” and “Luz Apaga.” Over the years, he worked with the likes of Ozuna, Farruko, Lunay, Alvaro Diaz, Alex Rose, and others.

Prior to becoming a popular singer, Rauw Alejandro entered the music industry as a dancer. There, he worked with various artists, producers, and musicians who encouraged him to pursue his music dream. In 2014, he uploaded some of his earliest tracks on music platforms. A year went by and Alejandro saw little to no feedback from the public.

In November 2016, he released his debut album, Punto de Equilibrio. The project, released by the label Under Group Music, was led by standout tracks “No Hay Nadie Mas,” “Si Me Permites,” and “Entregate a Mi.” The album featured Mike Towers, Joyce Santana, Alvaro Diaz, and Rafa Pabon. It performed fairly.

Throughout the summer of 2017, Alejandro’s music began gaining traction. His remix, “La Oportunidad” ft Myke Towers and Chris Wandell, became quite popular among listeners. It would eventually accumulate over a million streams.

From December 2017 to the present, his career would advance to a whole new level. It all started with a feature on Alex Rose’s single, Toda. Released on Dec 21, the song became a hit in its own right. Not only did it garner millions of streams, but it also demanded a remix. Released in May 2018, the remix, with the addition of Cazzu, Lenny Tavarez, and Lyanno, went absolutely insane online. In 8 months, the song accumulated over 508 million streams on YouTube. It was considered one of the most played songs of 2018.

Rauw Alejandro also appeared on Ozuna’s hit single, Luz Apaga. The track would grace the Billboard, ranking in the top 50 on the Hot Latin Songs chart. Other popular songs include features on “Pa Tu Casa” and “Mi Llamada.” Alejandro recently released “Que Le De” alongside Nicky Jam.
