Natti Natasha is a reggaeton and Latin pop singer out of the Dominican Republic. She is signed to Don Omar’s label Orfanato Music Group. Given the name Natali Alexandra Gutierrez Batista, she was born on December 10, 1986, in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. At the age of 8, Natti Natasha attended the School of Fine Arts in Santiago where she developed and enhanced her vocal skills. Growing up, she had great respect for artists such Bob Marley, Jerry Rivera, Lauryn Hill, and Ivy Queen. At age 14, she started recording songs for fun. While in New York, she collaborated and produced “Beyond 3000” with Syko and Kendo Kaponi, “Crazy in Love” with Farruko, “Hold Yuh Remix” with Gyptian and Don Omar, and a host of others. In 2012, the single “Dutty Love” by Don Omar featuring Natti Natasha became a world hit. Accordingly, her reputation and fame when through the roof. She was recognized as one of the most successful singers at the given moment. Not only was she big in Latin America, but also in the United States and across Europe.

“Dutty Love” earned Natasha 3 Billboard awards, and became one of the most streamed songs on music platform Spotify. Due to the song’s success, the two would continue doing collaborations.
