Maluma is a Colombian reggaeton singer and songwriter. His standout records include “Felices los 4”, “El Perdedor” and “Sin Contrato”. He’s worked with some of the biggest names, including Shakira and Ricky Martin. Maluma’s discography includes the albums Magia (2012), Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy (2015), and F.A.M.E. (2018). He’s worked with Sony Music Colombia and Sony Music Latin.

Given the name Juan Luis Londono Arias, he was born on January 28, 1994, in Medellin, Colombia. His parents are Luis Fernanao Londono and Marlli Arias. He has an older sister named Manuela. Maluma’s debut single “Farandulera” was independently released in 2011. The song’s popularity landed him a contract with Sony Music. It was supported by the Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy World Tour (2016-17). The album sold more than 500,000 copies worldwide. It spawned the singles “El Tiki”, “Borro Cassette”, “El Perdedor”, and “Sin Contrato”. It featured guest appearances from Farruko, Leslie Grace, Arcangel and a few others. The official video for “El Perdedor” has been viewed more than 1.1 billion times on YouTube. Maluma collaborated with Shakira on the 2016 single “Chantaje”. Maluma achieved great success with the single “Felices los 4”, produced by Rude Boyz. He was dubbed ‘artist of the year’ at the 2017 Premios Lo Nuestro awards show. F.A.M.E, Maluma’s third studio album, arrived in May 2018. In addition to music, Maluma is a television personality. He served as a judge/trainer on the Caracol Television series La Voz Kids Colombia (2014). He was the main presenter at the 2014 Nickelodeon Colombia Kids’ Choice Awards in Bogota, Colombia. Maluma made a guest appearance on the Mexican telenovela Despertar contigo (2016). He returned as a coach on ‘La Voz Kids México’ in 2017. Maluma has millions of fans across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
