Luh Kel is an American R&B singer and rapper from St. Louis, Missouri. He’s a member and lead vocalist for the group ProjecX. Kel became a music sensation after his 2019 single “Wrong” went viral on social media. It marked his first placement on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, peaking at #37. The Cinematic Music Group signee has since released songs like “BRB” and “Old Me.” Kel was born Turran Coleman on May 20, 2002, in St. Louis, Missouri. He has two brothers.

Luh Kel was only a toddler when he started singing. He cited heavy-hitters like Chris Brown and Michael Jackson as sources of inspiration. Kel’s sophomore single is called “BRB.” The song is about a girl he met in New York. His third track “Old Me” was released via SoundCloud in June 2019.
