Lucas “LB” Berry, also known as LB Enterprises/LB ent, is a Caribbean music manager and a serial entrepreneur. Prior to his music career, LB acted as a Hybrid Cloud sales executive for the technology conglomerate, IBM. While leading the company’s cloud strategy for the DC, MD, and VA area, LB earned numerous internal accolades such as the Top Gun award for product knowledge testing, the Manager’s Choice Award for client relationship approvals, and the Communicate for Impact award for his ability to close deals with corporate executives. LB spent approximately three years elevating within IBM before he left to launch his own personal ventures under the umbrella known as LB Enterprises.

CAREER
Born Lucas Berry on October 7th,1994, he was present when both of his parents died due to a double homicide. Forced to grow up as an orphan, LB bounced between family members nearly his entire life. LB attributes his unique business identity to the early influences of spending two years at a juvenile detention facility, being raised by both an entirely Caucasian family and multiple entirely African American families, and growing up on the island of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. LB left the island after graduating high school and received a full-ride to Georgetown University. After transferring to Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, LB graduated with a bachelor’s in Management, Leadership, and Innovation, coupled with a minor concentration in economics.
