Reese began dropping serious bars in the early 2010s. He landed a coveted spot on Chief Keef’s 2012 single “I Don’t Like”, which peaked at #73 on the Billboard Hot 100. The track also performed well on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. Destined for greatness, Reese linked up with producer No I.D. who helped him secure a contract with Def Jam. His debut mixtape Don’t Like (2012) was released days later. Hosted by DJ Drama and Don Cannon, the tape featured guest appearances from Keef, Freddie Gibbs, and Fredo Santana among others. Next, Reese appeared on track “US” alongside Drake off Rick Ross‘ 3rd mixtape The Black Bar Mitzvah (2012). He followed up with a guest spot on Juelz Santana’s “Bodies” single.
Supa Savage, Reese’s second mixtape, dropped in September 2013. It was released by 3Hunna Entertainment and Glory Boyz Entertainment. The tape produced standout tracks “Relate”, “Wassup” and “Team.” Rappers Waka Flocka Flame and Wale lent their vocals to track “No Lackin, Money Stackin.” Reese released a second installment, Supa Savage 2, in June 2015. The 15-track project featured songs like “All That Haten”, “Benji Chasin” and “Day 1.” The production was handled by London On Da Track, CashMoneyAP, Will A Fool, and a few others.
Reese’s fourth mixtape, 300 Degrezz, was released in January 2016 by RBC Records. It was supported by the track “Sumn New”, produced by Atlanta’s Drumma Boy. Guest appearances were made by Jadakiss, Rick Ross, and Benji300. Reese dropped his 5th mixtape, The Better Days, in February 2017. Six months later his joint EP ‘Supa Vultures’ with Lil Durk premiered on all streaming platforms. The track-list included “Distance”, “1500” and “Unstoppable.”
A 6th mixtape, Get Back Gang, was released in May 2018. It featured Detroit Tee Grizzley on the song “Ready 4 Real.” The late Fredo Santana also had a guest spot on the track “Prove Some.” Reese wrapped up 2018 with his EP, Normal Backwrds, released by X-Ray Records. The project was led by “Ludacris” and “Stop That.” His upcoming tape, Don’t Like 2, is scheduled for 2019. It bears the same naming convention as his 2012 debut.
