Lil Mosey is an American rapper and internet personality. He broke out with the viral hit single “Pull Up” in late 2017. Other notable projects include the mixtape NorthBest (2017), the album NorthsBest (2018), and the singles “Boof Pack” and “Noticed.” He’s currently signed to Interscope Records. Mosey was born Lathan Moses Echols on January 25, 2002, in Seattle, Washington. He was raised by his mother. He attended Shorecrest High School followed by Mountlake Terrace High.

CAREER
Mosey began pursuing music as an 8th grader. He started off remaking songs such as “Scared Money” originally by Speaker Knockerz. His biggest inspiration was Meek Mill‘s debut album Dreams and Nightmares (2012). Mosey’s first original song “Off White” was released via SoundCloud in August 2016. It now has more than 1 million plays. His follow-up single “So Bad” performed even better with over 4.3 million spins. Mosey’s debut mixtape, NorthsBest, was independently released in April 2017. It featured production from Royce David, TheBeatPlug, and CashMoneyAp among others. The tape was supported by the singles “So Bad”, “Supreme Hoodies” and “Ion See You.” Mosey kept his momentum going with “Skrt Off (Freestyle)”, “2Paid”, “Been On” and “Lame Sh!t (Free Kilo).”

Mosey’s breakthrough single “Pull Up” was released in December 2017. It racked up over 12 million plays within the first 7 months. The song was produced by Black Mayo. An official video directed by YungTada was released via YouTube. Mosey signed with Interscope records and issue his first single of 2018 “Boof Pack.” His second song on the label “Noticed” was released in July 2018. The accompanying music video was directed and edited by Cole Bennett of Lyrical Lemonade. Mosey’s debut studio album, Northsbest, was released in October 2018 by Interscope Records. It peaked at #29 on the Billboard 200 and #20 on the Canadian Charts. The album boasted production from Royce David and Black Mayo, and featured a guest appearance from BlocBoy JB.

In 2018, Mosey toured alongside Juice WRLD and YBN Cordae on The WRLD Domination Tour (from July 11 in Las Vegas, Nevada – September 14 in Province, Rhode Island). He also toured with Comethazine and Smooky MarGielaa (Margielaa Madness Tour) and with Smokepurpp (Monster Energy Outbreak Tour).

Lil Mosey is about 5ft 7in tall and he’s an Aquarius.
