Porter began her modeling career in her hometown of Columbus. Post high school, she moved to neighboring Atlanta, Georgia, to further pursue her career in modeling. She was also a member of the girl group “Girl 6.” During her tenure, she appeared on magazine covers like Runway, Jet, and Essence.
