Kady OBrien (born Kaitlyn Elisabeth O’Brien in Indianapolis, Indiana on July 9th, 1992) is an American singer who released her debut single “Vapor” in the spring of 2017. The track was written by Kody Goens. Kady opened for Second Alibi on the E2A Presents tour in 2017 and released her debut EP “Silver Lines & Paper Cuts” A&R’ed by Adam Mardel and Rick Zeller.
CAREER
Kady OBrien was discovered at karaoke in Indianapolis, IN, in 2016 by Adam Mardel and Rick Zeller who at the time were scouting for E2A Music Group, LLC. Kady eventually signed with Adam’s label and released her debut single “Vapor” in 2017. Her debut EP, Silver Lines & Paper Cuts, arrived on August 1, 2017. It features three additional singles “In a Pickle”, “Under the Influence” and “Maya’s Song.” Kady had radio plays in Canada and her single “Vapor” hit #198 on the indie singer/songwriter iTunes chart in the U.S. In 2018, Kady was dropped by her label due to low album sales. She hasn’t released any new music since.
