Justice Smith is an American actor. He starred as “Ezekiel Figuero” in the Netflix series The Get Down (2016-17) and as “Radar” in the film Paper Towns (2015). His credits include Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018), Detective Pikachu (2019), and the series The Thundermans. Justice Elio Smith was born on August 9, 1995, in Los Angeles, California. His father, Wayne, is African-American, and his mother, Duilia, is Italian and French-Canadian. He has siblings Cameo and Angelique. Smith is a 2013 graduate of the Orange County School of the Arts. He majored in acting. As a senior, he was ranked among the top young artists in the U.S. by the National YoungArts Foundation. Smith was drawn to acting as early as kindergarten. He was featured in his school’s production of Three Billy Goats Gruff. His first professional acting gig was a commercial for Apple. He was 15 at the time. Smith’s film debut was Trigger Finger (2012) directed by Kerem Sanga. His television debut was a 2014 episode of the HBO documentary series Masterclass.
