Jimmy Fallon is an American comedian, actor, and television show host. He currently hosts ‘The Tonight Show’ on NBC. Fallon was born James Thomas Fallon on September 19, 1974, in Brooklyn, New York. His parents are James Sr. and Gloria (d. 2017). He has a sister named Gloria who’s a freelance writer. Fallon attended Saugerties High School where he performed in various comedy & stage productions. He studied computer science at The College of Saint Rose but dropped in 1995 out to pursue comedy. Fallon completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2009.

CAREER
Fallon chased his dream of becoming a comedian to Los Angeles, California. He auditioned and made his grand debut on Saturday Night Live in 1998. Other comedians at the time include Will Ferrell and Tracy Morgan. Fallon gained popularity doing impressions of acts like Jerry Seinfeld, Robert De Niro, and Chris Rock. After a successful run with SNL, Fallon launched his own late-night talk show, ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’. He hosted the show on NBC from 2009 to 2013.

Fallon succeeded Jay Leno in 2014 as the host of NBC’s ‘The Tonight Show’. His celebrity guests over the years include Hugh Jackman, Kelly Ripa, Dolly Parton, Martha Stewart and 2016 Republican presidential nominee, Donald Trump. Fallon’s film credit include Taxi (2004) with Queen Latifah, Fever Pitch (2005) with Drew Barrymore, Whip It (2009) with Ellen Page.

Jimmy Fallon is 6ft tall and has a net worth of $60 million. He married film producer ‘Nancy Juvonen’ in December 2007 after 7 months of dating. The couple has two children, Winnie Rose and Frances Cole. Fallon suffered a ring avulsion injury in June 2015 after tripping over a rug.
