CAREER
Meeks served a 2-year sentence back in 2002 for felony grand theft. He was arrested again in June 2014 during a gang sweep in Stockton, California. His mugshot went viral shortly after it was posted to the Stockton Police Department’s Facebook page. It racked up thousands of likes and was later featured in several news outlets. He’s since been dubbed the “hot felon.” Other nicknames followed, including “hot mugshot guy” and ” the blue-eyed bandit.” Meeks was charged with felony possession of a firearm.
