She made her television debut in the sitcom ‘The Bill Engvall Show’ which ran on CBS from 2007-2009. She won an Academy Award for best actress in 2013 for her work in Silver Linings Playbook. She made the Guinness World Records as the highest-grossing action heroine for 2015 for the role of ‘Katniss Everdeen’ in the Hunger Games franchise.
