Hannah Brown is an American model, former beauty pageant titleholder, interior designer, and reality television star. She competed and won the 2018 Miss Alabama title. She also competed in the 67th Miss USA pageantry. Brown was cast in the lead on season 15 of ABC’s The Bachelorette. She was a contestant on season 23 of The Bachelor starring Colton Underwood. Brown returns to the small screen in September 2019 as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. She’s paired with pro dancer/choreographer Alan Bersten.

Hannah Kelsey Brown was born on September 24, 1994, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She has a brother named Patrick. Her childhood was spent in neighboring Northport, Alabama. She competed for the Miss Alabama title in 2013 followed by the Miss Alabama USA title in 2017. She did not place in those two instances.

In 2018, Brown won the title of Miss Alabama USA. The victory gave her the opportunity to represent the state of Alabama at the 2018 Miss USA in Shreveport, Louisiana. During her tenure, she roomed with fellow model Caelynn Miller-Keyes. The title of Miss USA 2018 was ultimately won by Sarah Rose Summers of Nebraska.

Brown made her television debut in 2018 as a contestant on season 23 of ABC’s The Bachelor. She was 1 of 30 women competing for the heart of Colton Underwood and an engagement. The season ran from January 7 to March 12, 2019, with the final rose going to Cassie Randolph of Huntington Beach, California. Brown finished in 7th place. She was sent home during the February 18, 2019, episode.

On March 12, 2019, Brown was announced as the star of season 15 of The Bachelorette. She’s the first bachelorette from Alabama.
