Frankie Jonas is an American audio engineer and former actor. He voiced the character “Sosuke” for the animated film Ponyo (2009). His screen credits include Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (2010), Spooky Buddies (2011), and Jonas L.A. Franklin Nathaniel Jonas was born to Denise and Paul Jonas on September 28, 2000, in Ridgewood, New Jersey. He has older siblings, Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas. Frankie attended Tennessee’s professional audio school The Blackbird Academy. He graduated in March 2019 with a degree in audio engineering. Actress Priyanka Chopra was present at the ceremony. In 2008, Frankie made his television debut on the reality series Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream. The show ran on the Disney Channel for two seasons. Frankie supplied the voice of “Sosuke” for the English dubbed version of Ponyo (2009). He followed up with cameos in Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian (2009) with Ben Stiller and Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience (2009).

Frankie was cast in a supporting role as “Trevor” in the Disney Channel original movie Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (2010). The main cast include Demi Lovato as “Mitchie Torres.” Frankie voiced the character “Pip” for Spooky Buddies (2011). His credits include The Reef 2: High Tide (2012), Gusty Frog (2013), R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour (2011-13), and Married to Jonas (2012-13). He competed and placed 3rd in the 2011 Chili Cook-Off (CHILI OFF XVIII).

In addition to acting roles, Franke has appeared in a handful of music videos. He made cameos in the videos for “When You Look Me in the Eyes”, “Fly with Me” and “Love Is on its Way” by the Jonas Brothers. In 2009, he performed the English version of Gake no Ue no Ponyo (Ponyo On the Cliff By the Sea) alongside Noah Cyrus.
