Floyd Mayweather is a retired American professional boxer and one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in history. He’s undefeated as a professional and has won championships across five weight divisions. Mayweather was born on February 24, 1977 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He stands 5ft 8in tall and has a reach of 72 inches. His father Floyd Mayweather Sr. was a former boxer. He has four siblings, Justin, Fannie, Deltricia and Fatimah.

Mayweather attended Ottawa Hills High School but dropped out to focus on his boxing career. He made his amateur boxing debut in 1993. Mayweather was nicknamed “Pretty Boy” early in his career. He won a total of twelve world titles, four lineal championships and was awarded ‘The Best Ever Award’ by Spike TV in 2015. His last fight was against Ireland’s Conor McGregor on August 26, 2017. The fight ended by TKO in the 10th round.
