Puerto Rican born, Darell is an accomplished rapper, singer, and songwriter who specializes in reggaeton and Latin trap music. He is considered by many as one of the leading pioneers behind the Latin urban movement. His resume includes multiple Billboard hits, Latin Grammy Awards nominee, and most played song of 2018. Darell has collaborated with many of the biggest names in the Industry, including Farruko, Ozuna, Brytiago, Sech, Myke Towers, Nicky Jam, Bad Bunny and a host of others. In 2017, he unveiled the crowd-pleasers, “Si Tu Quieres,” “Soy el Mejor,” and “Te Bote.” The original songs would be streamed over 100 million times, collectively. Aside from solo efforts, Darell also made appearances on mega-hits. He was featured on Pepe Quintana’s single “Si Me Muero” alongside Farruko, Nengo Flow, and Lary Over. Considered by many to be the biggest song of 2018, the “juggernaut of remixes” peaked at #1(in May) on the Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart, spending 11 weeks on top. On September 8, 2018, it claimed the #2 spot on the Latin Airplay chart, spending several weeks among the ranks. As of November 2019, the official music video on YouTube has just shy of 2 billion streams. On Spotify, the remix has been played over 676 million times. In 2018, Darell also appeared on the viral hits “Asesina” with Brytiago, “Ella Fuma” alongside Chencho, Farruko, and Brytiago, and “El Juego.” His solo releases include the notable single “Tu Peor Error.” “Asesina” would also rank on multiple Billboard charts.

For 2019, Darell continues to overachieve. Two of his hottest collaborations include “Otro Trago” alongside Sech, and “Verte Ir” with 5 other artists.
