Bruno Mars is a Grammy Award winning American singer, songwriter and music producer. He was born Peter Gene Hernandez on October 8, 1985 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Mars grew up in a musical household and developed a love for music at an early age. He attended Roosevelt High School before moving too Los Angeles, California. Mars gained entry into the music industry as a songwriter for artists like Flo Rida, Brandy and Travie McCoy. He first gained recognition as a singer with the 2010 hit single “Nothin’ on You” alongside rapper B.o.B. Mars followed suit with the release of his debut studio album, Doo-Wops & Hooligans (2010). His second album, Unorthodox Jukebox, was released in 2012 and peaked at number one on the Billboard 200. He has since sold over a 100 million singles and albums worldwide, and won several awards including two Grammys. Bruno Mars is 5ft 5in tall and he’s of Filipino, Puerto Rican and Jewish ancestry. His net worth is estimated at $90 million.
