Andy Whitfield was a Welsh actor known for his leading role in the Starz TV series ‘Spartacus: Blood and Sand’. He was born on October 17, 1971 in Amlwch, Wales. He studied construction at Sheffield Hallam University, and worked as an engineer prior to acting. Whitfield played his first major role in the Australian action-horror film ‘Gabriel’ which was released in 2007. He died in 2011 from lymphoma. Andy Whitfield had a net worth of $5 million.
